Booking Ts & Cs

Any cancellations or changes to appointments must be made 24hrs or more before the requested appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a charge of the agreed appointment cost.

Any issues regarding faults on any appliance worked on, must be brought to attention within 24hrs of the appointment being completed. Such issues must be raised by email to contact@helloreboot.com.

Our operatives will utilise the closest available parking space to the clean location in order to carry out the work as effectively as possible. The exact amount of any parking charges incurred will be added to the final cost of the clean.

Sufficient lighting and hot running water (or cold water and a kettle) must be provided for our operative at any clean. Failure to provide this will reserve us the right to class the job as a cancellation and a fee for the total price of the work will be incurred.

Payment will be required for any work carried out upon completion. We accept pre-automated payment (when available via the site) or card payment on site. If nobody is present when the work is carried out, pre-payment must be made. We do not accept cash or cheque.

Payment Ts & Cs

Initial entry of card details is to confirm the date and arrival time slot / window, selected via the website.

Full payment for the clean, at the price offered on the website, will be debited from the card only once the service has been completed and the customer (or persons present at the appointment) confirms with the operative that they are happy for payment to be made. In the event of the customer (or representative of the customer) not being present at the completion of the clean, full payment will be made at the cleaning operative’s discretion.

Any required changes to the date / arrival time window selected, are permitted an unlimited number of times, if requested 24 hours or more, prior to the start time of the arrival window. In the event of the request for change not being submitted to contact@helloreboot.com within the permitted time frame of 24 hours, full payment for the appointment will debited from the card provided. We as a company however will always do our upmost to try and avoid this happening and will accommodate any changes at our discretion, if possible.

Customers (or a representative of the customer) are required to be available and contactable on the telephone number they have provided, for the duration of the allotted 2 hour selected arrival time, to grant access to the cleaning operative, to conduct the service. In the event of access not being available during the requested time, full payment for the appointment will be debited from the card provided. (Please be aware of your tracking link, sent to you the night prior to the appointment, to track your cleaning operative’s exact arrival time.)

In the event of Reboot failing to arrive within the 2 hour arrival window selected, no charge will be made to the card should the customer wish to reschedule the appointment. In the event of a late / early arrival and the service being carried out, full payment for the service will be debited from the card upon completion, as per a standard appointment.

If any changes are required to the items selected to clean, or an item is misdescribed / selected via the website, Reboot reserves the right to allow/disallow any charges for additional work carried out, or items to be removed and remain uncharged. ]

Customers are responsible for entering correct information when filling out the booking form. Should an incorrect address, email address, or telephone number be entered, resulting access not being permissible in the appointment window requested, full payment for the appointment will be debited from the card provided. Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to change an appointment time or date – Any requests to cancel an appointment, or to alter the time or date, must be made with in 24 hours of the starting time of the time slot. This must be submitted by email to contact@helloreboot.com. Should the request for change/ cancellation not be submitted with in the 24 hour period, full payment for the service must still be made.

Refunds – No payments are taken from the card given, until after the clean. In the event of a refund being requested, any requests for a refund must be brought to the attention of the company within 24 hours of the clean being completed. Refunds will of course be issued if the clean is not up to standard, however we reserve the right to request to revisit and rectify any issues before issuing a refund.

Returns – If any customer is unhappy with the quality of the service we are always happy to revisit to rectify any issues. The issues must be raised with us with in 24 hours of us completing the service.
